Hello,

i want backup my Vista firewall control plus settings. How can i do this?

For desktop (not portable) versions only
With regedit.exe ( must be 64-bit on 64-bit OSes)

To backup
regedit /ea VFC1.reg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\sphinx-soft\Vista-Wall
regedit /ea VFC2.reg HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\sphinx-soft\Vista-Wall

to restore
- Stop/Exit the panel – VistaFirewallControl (or Windows7FirewallControl)
- Gently stop the service - VistaFirewallService (or Windows7FirewallService) via Service Manager
- Invoke the *.reg files. (under Admin privileges)
- Start the service via the Service Manager
- Start the Panel
